How we write what we publish about Spinimax

Our pages exist to answer the questions a player has before taking a step: what is on offer, how the money moves, what to look at first. We write them ourselves, as Spinimax.

Every page starts from a reader’s question and answers it directly. If you came for the welcome package, the payment routes or the games, the answer should be in the first lines and not at the end of a long introduction.

Plain language

We avoid jargon where an everyday word does the job. A wagering requirement is explained as what it is, a play-through of money before a withdrawal, and an offer is described by its shape, so that a new player and a regular reach the same understanding. Our welcome package, for instance, gets the same treatment as everything else: amount, cap and conditions together, in euros.

Responsible tone

We describe gambling as paid entertainment and keep the 18+ line visible. Our wording never suggests that play is a way to earn, and it treats limits and breaks as a normal part of an evening.

How we research a page

Facts before wording

A page begins with the facts we hold about our own offer: the slots, table games and live dealers in the lobby, the payment methods, the support routes, the tools for control. We write the sentence only after the fact is clear.

Names as they appear

Game titles such as Crazy Time or Gates of Olympus 1000 are written as they appear in the lobby, spelling and numbers included. A provider such as Pragmatic Play or Evolution is named by its own name, never by a nickname.

Corrections from readers

If a sentence on one of our pages looks wrong or outdated, we want to hear about it. Our live chat and our email support are both open around the clock, and written requests are usually answered within 24 hours on working days.
