Spinimax Payments: How Money Goes In and Comes Back Out

Our fiat deposits start at €10, and the routes run from cards and e-wallets to transfer services and crypto. Amounts with us are in euros, so the figures in our payment rules are in euros too. We lay the routes out in plain order because the way you pay in shapes the way you cash out.
Payouts return through the deposit method, or through a payment account that was used for deposits before. Wagering and identity checks sit between a deposit and a withdrawal, and we take the routes, the limits and the waiting times in the order a player meets them.

Deposit routes by family

Our routes fall into 3 families: cards (2 routes), e-wallets (3 routes), and transfers with further routes (7 routes).

Cards

Visa and Mastercard are the card routes, and both take deposits.

E-wallets

Skrill, Neteller and ecoPayz are the e-wallet routes.

Transfers and further routes

Interac and Rapid Transfer are the transfer routes. Google Pay, Revolut, Paysafecard, MiFinity and Payz are the further routes, and all of them take deposits.

Crypto deposits and the first deposit

Coins accepted

Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tether are accepted. A player who already holds one of them can deposit it as it is.

Minimum

The minimum for fiat deposits is €10. We process deposits within minutes in most cases.

What the first deposit starts

The first deposit is what the 150% welcome match, up to €750, is built on, with 150 free spins on selected slots as part of the same package. The match is a percentage of the deposit, so a bigger deposit means a bigger bonus until the €750 ceiling is reached.

Withdrawals: limits, routes and what comes first

Smallest and largest

The smallest withdrawal is €50, and the largest is €5,000. A request under the lower figure falls short of the floor, and one over the upper figure runs into the ceiling.

Where payouts go

A payout returns through the deposit method, or to a payment account used for deposits before. A deposit made by card therefore points the payout back to that card.

What holds a request

Deposits generally have to be played through five times before a payout can move. Checks may also be requested at any time, including before a withdrawal: an identity document, proof of address and proof of payment-method ownership. If the wagering requirement has not been met, an administrative charge of up to 8% may apply.

How the payment routes differ in speed

Payout speed is where the routes part ways. Visa, Mastercard and Skrill take up to 5 days, Neteller takes up to 3 days, ecoPayz and Interac take 1 to 3 days, and Rapid Transfer takes up to 4 days. The same amount can therefore reach a player on very different days depending on which route made the deposit, and a player who cares about speed will weigh that against the convenience of a card.

A worked example: €100 in, turnover, payout

Take a €100 deposit. Played through five times, it needs €500 of turnover before a withdrawal can move. A €200 deposit needs €1,000, and a €500 deposit needs €2,500. Once the turnover is done, a €100 balance clears the €50 minimum, and standard processing takes up to 120 hours, which is five days at the outer edge. A balance of €30 would fall short of the minimum, and one of €6,000 would run into the ceiling of €5,000, so the size of the request counts as well as the route.

Keeping the points in order

Pay in with a route that can also take the payout, finish the 5-times wagering, and keep the identity papers ready.
